The maintenance services will cover approximately 2,750 hardware points distributed across three separate BAS systems installed throughout various embassy facilities including the Chancery, Support Annex, Warehouse, Utility, MSGQ, Recreational, and Utilities buildings. The systems comprise multiple controllers and operator workstations managing critical building infrastructure including chilled water systems, heating systems, air handling units, terminal units, and fan coil units.
