Place of performance is Tifton, Georgia. The project scope requires demolition of a failed sewer lift station and replacement with a gravity-fed sewer line connecting Building 32 to the City of Tifton municipal sewer system. The contractor must obtain all building and trade permits, conduct hazardous materials assessments, submit a Site Safety Specific Plan within seven days of award, and prepare a detailed project schedule with milestone dates due fourteen days after contract award. All work must be performed by certified technicians in compliance with local, state, and federal codes. Work hours are limited to 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. Performance period is mandatory from August 3 to October 2, 2026 (60 calendar days from Notice to Proceed); the contractor must begin within 10 calendar days of award. The NAICS code is 237110, Water and Sewer Line and Related Structures Construction, with a small business size standard of $45.0 million. No performance or payment bonds are required. Davis-Bacon wage rates apply; prevailing wage determination GA20260102 (Tift County, Georgia) is incorporated. Organized site visits are scheduled for June 16 at 1:00 PM EDT and June 17 at 9:00 AM EDT; registration is required by June 15. Evaluation uses lowest price technically acceptable criteria, weighing technical approach, company experience with three references, price reasonableness, and past performance. Amendment 01, issued June 25, acknowledges responses to all RFIs received by the deadline; acknowledgement is required with proposal submission.
