About this file
This document is a Questions and Answers addendum to Solicitation 1232SA26Q0756. It addresses seven clarifications regarding project staffing, environmental hazards, permitting, site restoration, tax status, inspections, and water availability.
Key clarifications include: one individual may serve in the triple roles of Superintendent, Site Safety and Health Officer (SSHO), and Quality Control Manager; no asbestos or lead contamination is known to be present on the project; the contractor must independently contact the City of Tifton to determine permitting and third-party inspection requirements; landscaping restoration is not required—only fill and level operations are needed; the project is tax exempt; and a water source is available on or near the site for grading operations. These responses indicate this is a construction or site development project subject to local municipal requirements in Tifton.
