**UPDATE TO SITE WALK**
The site walk has been rescheduled for 18 August 2016, 9:30 AM Eastern Standard Time, all interested offerors must contact the primary POC for attending, and review the Andrews Visitor Center access protocal available here: http://www.jba.af.mil/Units/Andrews-Visitor-Center
Interested parties that have emailed the primary POC by 12:00 PM EST 15 August 2016 will be contacted for identification necessary to process your visit request.There will be no availablility to fulfill base access requests beyond 12:00 PM EST 15 August 2016.
AMENDMENT 01- SF 1442 Block 13A Correction
The reason for this amendment is to correct the closing date of this solicitation. This solicitation is hereby amended. All proposals are due no later than 25 August 2016 at 12:00 pm. est.
All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.
Offers must acknowledge receipt of this amendment prior to the hour and date specified in the solicitation or as amended by one of the following methods:
(a) By completing Items 8 and 15, and returning 1 copy of this amendment; (b) By acknowledging receipt of this amendment on each copy of the offer submitted; or (c) By a separate letter or telegram which includes a reference to the solicitation and amendment numbers.
FAILURE OF YOUR ACKNOWLEDGMENT TO BE RECEIVED AT THE PLACE DESIGNATED FOR THE RECEIPT OF OFFERS PRIOR TO THE HOUR AND DATE SPECIFIED MAY RESULT IN REJECTION OF YOUR OFFER. Joint Base Andrews is intending to award a firm fixed price (FFP) contract for the demolition of building 1682 at Joint Base Andrews, Maryland locations. This acquisition will be accomplished in accordance with FAR Part 15 Contracting by Negotiation and FAR Part 36 Construction and Architect-Engineer Contracts. The contractor is expected to provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and services necessary to perform this building's demolition. The applicable North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code is 238910 (Site Preparation Contractors). The closing date and time for submission of offers will be contained in the posting and available for viewing and downloading on the Government Electronic Posting System (EPS) site at www.fedbizopps.gov. No paper copies will be issued. When the solicitation is posted, it is incumbent upon the interested parties to review the aforementioned site regularly for any updates/amendments to any and all documents. All prospective offerors must have a Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) Code and be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov. In accordance with FAR 19.14, this action is 100% set-aside for Women-Owned Small Businesses (WOSB). Offerors shall be reviewed and considered by the Agency. This notice does not obligate the Government to award a contract, it does not restrict the Government's ultimate approach, nor does it obligate the Government to pay for any proposal preparation costs.
