About this opportunity

NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Puget Sound is soliciting procurement of brand name RangeForce, Inc. online cybersecurity training courses to support Navy cybersecurity operations. The requirement seeks 5 annual user licenses for a comprehensive cloud-based training platform that includes unlimited access to over 1,250 hands-on self-paced cybersecurity skills modules, individual challenges, assessments, and team exercises. The training platform features RangeForce Learning Paths with achievement badges, administrator dashboards for tracking and analytics, 15x5 technical support, and a dedicated Customer Success Manager. This sole source procurement is justified because RangeForce has been previously integrated into existing training regimens and switching vendors would require significant investment in time, money, and resources for re-integration and re-customization. The solicitation closes on August 21, 2025 at 1200 PDT, with all questions directed to Contract Specialist Walid Aslan.

This procurement is designated as a 100% Small Business set-aside, with the solicitation documents indicating it is specifically set aside for Women-Owned Small Business (WOSB) contractors under NAICS code 611420. RangeForce, Inc., headquartered in Norfolk, VA, is the specified brand name manufacturer for this requirement, with Lauren Lamp and Nicholas Levy serving as points of contact. The contract has a total anticipated value of $16,000,000 and will be structured as a Firm Fixed-Price Supply-Type Purchase Order. The performance period extends from August 29, 2025 to August 28, 2026, providing continuous access to the training platform for 12 months. Training delivery will be entirely online to support the Navy Cyber Security Operations Center (CSOC) located in Yokosuka, Japan.
