About this opportunity

Fleet Logistics Center Puget Sound, Naval Supply Systems Command, seeks OEM L3 Harris Maritime Power & Energy Solutions Inc (dba SPD Electrical Systems Inc) circuit breaker racking parts—one racking mechanical screw (PN 751150A00), one screw lock (PN 751151A00), one racking mechanical nut block (PN 751153A00), and one racking mechanical key plate (PN 751156A00)—with quotes due July 24, 2026 at 2:00 PM Pacific Daylight Time. The procurement is a 100% small business set-aside and restricts competition to L3 Harris Maritime as the sole authorized source; these components are direct replacement parts for existing SPD Electrical Systems Cross Tie Circuit Breakers (Navy type ACB-4010HR) and will not properly fit or function if sourced from other manufacturers due to proprietary design and manufacturing specifications.

Place of performance is Japan (SRF and JRMC Yokosuka, FPO AP 96349). Required delivery is August 31, 2026. The NAICS code is 332722 (Bolt, Nut, Screw, Rivet, and Washer Manufacturing); PSC is 5305 (Screws). Quotes shall be valid for sixty days minimum and submitted FOB Origin. Quote packages must include official company name, point of contact, CAGE code, business size designation, and unit/extended/total pricing with lead times. The Government anticipates awarding a firm fixed price contract under RFQ Part 12, which places maximum risk and full responsibility for costs on the contractor. Evaluation factors are technical (including delivery date), price, and past performance in no stated order of relative importance. All contractors must be registered in SAM prior to award. Amendment 0001 (effective June 16) added two DFARS clauses (252.225-7962 and 252.225-7975) under Class Deviation 2026-O0051 regarding Vendor Threat Mitigation and contractor record access; Amendment 0002 extended the deadline from June 26 to July 24. Contracting officer: Lexi Gunter.
