About this file

This is a Standard Form 30 (SF 30) amendment to solicitation N0040626Q00195, issued by the Naval Supply Fleet Logistics Center Puget Sound (NAVSUP FLT LOG CTR PUGET SOUND) located in Bremerton, Washington. The amendment extends the response due date from 12 June 2026 to 26 June 2026, with an effective date of 16 June 2026. The contracting officer is Lexi Gunter, and the amendment number is 0001.

The amendment adds two Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) clauses under Class Deviation 2026-O0051 related to Vendor Threat Mitigation. DFARS clause 252.225-7962 (Threat Mitigation Support to Operations) requires contractors and their personnel to comply with Vendor Threat Mitigation policies, including Department of Defense Directive 3000.16, and prohibits engagement in covered activities such as acts of violence against U.S. or allied personnel, provision of support to such entities, foreign intelligence activities, transnational organized crime, or other activities presenting direct or indirect risk to U.S. or allied missions and forces. The clause mandates due diligence in monitoring subcontractors through the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov, terminating or voiding subcontracts with prohibited sources unless the Contracting Officer approves continuation, and immediate notification to the Contracting Officer upon discovery of covered activities. DFARS clause 252.225-7975 (Additional Access to Contractor and Subcontractor Records) authorizes the Government to examine contractor and subcontractor records to support Vendor Threat Mitigation Programs established by combatant commanders. Both clauses require inclusion of their substance in subcontracts for work performed outside the United States and its outlying areas.
