The procurement is a 100% HUBzone set-aside under Request for Quote, with a 10 percent price evaluation preference for HUBzone small businesses that have not waived the preference. The Government anticipates awarding a single BPA but reserves the right to issue multiple BPAs if determined in its interest. Place of performance encompasses 24 specified lock and control structure locations across Southern Louisiana, including Algiers Lock, Bayou Sorrel Lock, Bonnet Carre Spillway, and Calcasieu Lock. Emergency calls require response within 8 hours and completion within 72 hours; normal work requires response within 24 hours with completion within 7 government working days. All repairs carry a 120-calendar-day warranty. Government orders will be placed on an as-needed basis with minimum orders of $100.00 and maximum orders of $100,000.00 per call.
