No incumbent contractor or award value has been identified in this pre-solicitation notice. The estimated monthly requirement totals 240 five-gallon bottles distributed across 12 primary service locations, with delivery frequencies ranging from monthly to bi-monthly depending on the specific location and employee population served, which comprises approximately 23,000 military, civilian, and contractor personnel. The contract is structured as a firm fixed-price agreement with a base year from March 14, 2025 to March 13, 2026, followed by four optional one-year renewal periods. The contractor will be responsible for providing bottom-loading hot and cold water dispensers, maintaining water quality standards, and ensuring compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations governing bottled water supply and distribution.
