About this opportunity
The Department of the Air Force Global Strike Command is seeking to procure specific Bobcat brand attachments for use at Dyess AFB. The required attachments include a concrete mixer, hydraulic jackhammer, and drum mulcher, to be compatible with the base's Bobcat skid steer and mini excavator equipment. The solicitation is set aside for small businesses, and offers will be evaluated solely on best value to the government, considering price and technical acceptability. The due date for responses is August 16, 2024 at 12:00 PM CST, and the government intends to award a firm-fixed price contract with a desired 30-day delivery schedule after award.
The procurement is designated as a total small business set-aside, and market research has determined that only Bobcat brand attachments are compatible with the existing Dyess AFB equipment. The estimated total replacement cost for the required machinery and attachments is redacted. The place of performance is Abilene, TX 79607. Interested offerors are instructed to contact A1C Tyrie Tanaka with any questions or concerns.
