The U.S. Marine Corps, through the MCIEAST Cherry Point Satellite Contracting Office, is seeking proposals for boat haul out services at the Marine Corps Air Station (MCAS) Cherry Point, North Carolina. The solicitation requires the haul out, blocking, and launching of three different boat sizes - a 58 foot, 48,000 lbs Bravo Tender Boat; a 65 foot, 140,000 lbs Inland Buoy Tender; and a 74 foot, 90,000 lbs Mechanized Landing Craft. The MCIEAST Cherry Point Satellite Contracting Office aboard Marine Corps Air Station (MCAS) has a requirement for the haul out, blocking, and launching of three (3) different boats, as required by MCAS Cherry Point, NC, in accordance with the Performance Work Statement of the solicitation.

The proposed action is considered as Unrestricted. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 336611. Contractors interested in doing business with the government must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM). Contractors must also be registered in the Wide Area Workflow (WAWF) invoicing system at https://piee.eb.mil in order to invoice the Government and accept payment.

The complete Request for Quotation, including a detailed Performance Work Statement is attached. All responsible small business sources may submit a quotation which will be considered.

All questions relating to this requirement must be addresses to the Contract Department, Contract Specialist via email to jeffrey.penny@usmc.mil by 12:00 pm 16 August 2024, which will be answered by the posting of an amendment. Any questions received after the stated deadline will not be addressed.
