The initial contract term is for 12 months, starting October 1, 2025, through September 30, 2026, with four additional one-year option periods available. If sufficient competition is not identified, the government may pursue a sole-source contract supported by a Justification and Approval document. Vendors must provide their company name, Unique Entity ID, CAGE code, point of contact information, and documentation demonstrating their capability to deliver the comprehensive medical education software solution.
