Labaco in Microsoft Word or Adobe PDF format, not exceeding eight pages.

This procurement does not utilize any set-aside designations and is intended as a sole source award to Bloodworks of Seattle, WA. The contract will be structured as a firm fixed-price agreement covering a five-year performance period from December 15, 2025, to December 14, 2030. The scope includes testing of 1,400 individual blood donations with quantities for specific tests ranging from 50 to 1,400 tests across 11 different testing products. The primary performance location for the testing services will be in Renton, WA, with the contractor responsible for furnishing all necessary supplies, equipment, facilities, and services to complete the testing requirements.
