The Bureau of Land Management Colorado Region is soliciting proposals to provide recreation area improvements at the Rabbit Valley Recreation Area in Mack, Colorado. Work will include road and parking construction and reconstruction, fencing, toilet installation, campsite amenities, horse corral construction, and repainting existing buildings. BLM-CO - Rabbit Valley Recreation Area Improvements - Amend 1
The purpose of this amendment is to document the pre-bid site visit as noted on the SF-30. Be sure to acknowledge all amendments on your bid form.
This is a solicitation for proposals for the recreation area improvements according to the attachments.
Pre-Bid: 19 July 2022 10:00 AM - I-70 Exit 2 - Meet in large parking lot just south of the exit.
If you have the necessary technical qualifications to include experience, technical competence, resources capability to perform along with recent and relevant past performance on projects of similar size and scope, we would like to hear from you. Based upon responses and analysis from the sources sought notice, this solicitation is open to small business.
The Government is conducting a competitive acquisition for this requirement for a Firm Fixed Price contract on a Low Price Technically Acceptable basis. We are planning for an award in the middle of August. All firms must be registered and active in www.SAM.gov at the time of your proposal. Check your SAM again and note your SAM UEI for use on all your sales literature and bid paperwork. We no longer use your DUNS number for reference.
Summary of Work:
The work includes but is not limited to; road and parking area construction and reconstruction, parking delineator installation, fence construction, precast concrete toilet installation, campsite amenity installation, horse corral construction, repainting existing toilet buildings, and demolition.
