The estimated contract value ranges between $500,000 and $750,000, with funding subject to availability. No incumbent contractor or current vendor is identified in the notice. The pre-solicitation notice serves as an initial market survey to determine whether adequate small business competition exists for this project; if insufficient small business sources come forward, the solicitation may be advertised as unrestricted to attract broader competition.
