About this opportunity

The U.S. Embassy Brussels is soliciting a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for plumbing fixtures and accessories through the Department of State. This non-contractual agreement will enable authorized personnel to request plumbing products including faucets, sinks, pipes, valves, drains, fittings, and water filtration systems from major brands. Interested vendors must specialize in plumbing fixtures and accessories, maintain a physical store location within 35 kilometers of Brussels, and supply products meeting industry quality and safety standards. Performance will be evaluated based on timely deliveries, material quality, and responsiveness to customer issues. Quotations must be submitted by email to BrusselsBids@state.gov with the subject line referencing BPA I.D. #19BE2026Q0006 no later than 14:00 local time on January 27, 2026. All companies must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM.gov) prior to award, with an NCAGE code required for registration.

This opportunity carries no set-aside designation and does not guarantee any specific volume of orders to the selected vendor. The estimated total value of the three-year agreement is EUR33,000.00 (approximately $38,823.53), with individual orders capped at EUR2,500 ($2,910.36). The BPA will run from February 1, 2026, through January 31, 2029, providing a three-year supply arrangement for the Embassy's plumbing needs. Performance of the selected vendor will be continuously monitored against established quality and service standards throughout the agreement period. The place of performance is Brussels, Belgium, and all interested parties are encouraged to register with SAM as soon as possible to avoid delays in award processing.
