The Department of State's US Embassy Brussels is seeking qualified vendors specializing in paints, dopes, varnishes, and related products to provide comprehensive painting supplies on an as-needed basis. Prospective vendors must maintain a physical store location within 35 kilometers of Brussels and demonstrate capability to meet industry standards for quality, safety, and performance. Selection will be evaluated based on timely delivery capabilities, material quality, and vendor responsiveness to the embassy's requests. Interested parties must submit indicative pricing information via email to BrusselsBids@state.gov with the subject line referencing BPA I.D. #19BE2026Q0018 by the deadline of 14:00 (local time) on January 27, 2026.

The agreement is non-contractual in nature and does not guarantee any minimum quantity of purchases from the selected vendor. Performance will take place at the American Embassy Brussels, located at Regentlaan 27, 1000 Brussels, Belgium. All vendors must register with the System for Award Management (SAM.gov) prior to award if their anticipated business value exceeds $40,000, requiring an NCAGE code for registration.
