QUESTION & ANSWER*****************
Q 1. I received the following BPA request but am a bit unclear on the needs for this month. Are you able to clarify exactly your guest room and meeting needs?
A 1. BPA Call Order solicitations will specify the requirement, the number of rooms, number of nights, where we need a conference room or other requirement. A Blanket Purchase Agreement is solely an agreement. Once established, the vendors will be solicited for our BPA Call Order describing the requirement and have the opportunity to put their bid in if they're capable of fulfilling the order.
