About this opportunity
The Federal Aviation Administration seeks to procure district project coordinator support services to assist with implementation of projects funded by the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law in the Houston District. Interested offerors must submit pricing proposals for a coordinator to perform program management, financial management, and independent cost analysis services. Proposals are due by August 15th and the award is expected to occur on or around August 28th. The agency will evaluate proposals based on pricing schedules provided for labor rates over a potential five-year period of performance.
This requirement is set aside for small businesses on the FAA's Qualified Vendors List for the Houston District. Offerors must provide fully burdened labor rates for 1980 hours per year under each contract line item number for the base year and four option years. The place of performance will be Houston, Texas. NAICS code 541611 and PSC code R425 will apply. The selected contractor will coordinate BIL-funded projects valued at approximately $XXX million over five years and work under the direction of the FAA Houston District office.

In accordance with the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Acquisition
ManagementSystem (AMS) Policy, Section 3.2.1.3.11 Public Announcements, the FAA
has a requirementfor a District Project Coordinator (Professional Services) to support
the BipartisanInfrastructure Law (BIL) projects coordination at the Houston District.
Please review allattachments pertaining to this solicitation prior to submitting an
offer.
This requirement is set-aside for all vendors listed for the Houston District under the
FAAQualified Vendors List (QVL) for District Project Coordination and Engineer Project
OversightContract Support for the Air Traff ic Organization (ATO).
