The Government intends to award a firm-fixed-price contract without discussions based on initial offers, and offerors must submit technical datasheets, color and finish documentation, quality and durability evidence, delivery plans, warranty terms, and past performance summaries for comparable behavioral health furniture projects. Questions must be submitted by February 24, 2026 at 4:00 PM CST, with proposals due by March 2, 2026 at 7:30 AM CST.

No specific budget amount is listed in the solicitation documents. Delivery is required FOB destination within 60 calendar days after award to the Alexandria VAMC warehouse in Pineville, Louisiana, with the Government bearing inspection and acceptance at destination. All furniture must be non-porous and cleanable with hospital-grade disinfectants, finished in earth-tone colors only.
