Snowmachine maintenance includes oil and filter changes, engine compression testing, air intake screen inspection, clutch and drive belt checks, engine and head bolt inspection, recoil handle inspection, brake system inspection, idle RPM adjustment, fuel filter inspection, light and switch verification, suspension bolt inspection, jackshaft bearing service, and ski/track inspection and adjustment. Diagnostic services include electronic scans, trouble code retrieval, system verification, firmware review, and health reports. Repairs under $2,500 require government point-of-contact approval; repairs exceeding $2,500 require Contracting Officer approval, with parts reimbursed at cost plus no more than 10% markup.
NAICS 811111 (General Automotive Repair) applies, with a $9 million size standard. Responses should not exceed five pages and must include service specifications, SOW capability assessment, business name and CAGE code, size and socioeconomic classification, and primary point of contact.
