The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), St. Paul District (MVP) has a requirement entitled the Baldhill Dam Joint Repair at the Baldhill Dam in Valley City, North Dakota (Barnes County). Continuous freeze-thaw weather conditions have caused the concrete ogee and pier to spall over time creating excessive seepage in the dam's horizontal construction joints. Work includes, but is not limited to, providing all plant, labor, and materials needed to inject grout into the joints to stop the foundation seepage. This seepage has created a dam safety issue.
This procurement is set-aside 100% for small business concerns under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 237990; Other Heavy and Civil Engineering Construction with a small business size standard of $39.5M.
