About this opportunity

Pacific Air Forces intends to solicit debris removal and site restoration services at Bellows Air Force Station (BAFS) as a total small business set-aside, with responses due by July 28, 2026.

Work encompasses removal of vehicles, tires, scrap metal, large rocks, asphalt piles, and DRMO assets from the project area, along with removal and mulching of seven acres of vegetation including invasive ironwood trees (Casuarina equisetifolia). The effort supports BAFS's invasive species management requirements defined in the 2025 BAFS Integrated Natural Resource Management Plan. The project area currently functions as an emergency-response route for first responders transporting critical patients; the existing conditions present safety hazards and fire risk due to vegetation piles, asphalt stockpiles, and hazardous assets requiring proper disposal through approved environmental channels.

Place of performance is Bellows Air Force Station, Hawaii. NAICS 562111 (Solid Waste Collection) and PSC S205 (Housekeeping—Trash/Garbage Collection) apply.
