Place of performance is Beale Air Force Base, California. Services include pickup and delivery of government-supplied linens to lodging (Building 2469, three times weekly on Monday, Wednesday, Friday between 0900–1200 PST) and contractor-supplied shop towels to multiple maintenance locations (9 AMXS Building 11177, 9 MXS, and 940 MXG on specified days). All deliveries must be completed within seven weekdays of pickup. The contractor must provide all plant facilities, labor, equipment, materials, supervision, and transportation; obtain base access passes and Entry Authorization List forms for employees; comply with Beale AFB security requirements; and maintain facility sanitation open to government inspection.
Quality assurance standards specify no more than two late deliveries, two packaging errors, two cleanliness discrepancies, or two loss/damage discrepancies per month. Services contaminated with hazardous materials must be processed in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. The contractor must comply with the Buy America Act for contractor-furnished items.
The anticipated contract structure includes a base year plus four option years with a six-month extension option, with each period comprising four CLINs organized by customer squadron. The suggested NAICS code is 812332 (Industrial Launderers); PSC is S209 (Housekeeping—Laundry/Drycleaning). Interested vendors should submit company information, capabilities statement, rough order of magnitude pricing, and feedback on the draft PWS and CLIN structure via email.
