About this opportunity
The Department of the Air Force 11th Contracting Squadron seeks procurement and installation of office furniture to fully furnish Building 414 at Joint Base Andrews, Washington, DC, with proposals due June 8, 2026. This is a 100% small business set-aside, limiting competition to firms meeting the NAICS 337214 size standard of 1,100 employees or fewer.
Place of performance is 2691 Mitscher Road, Building 414, Washington, DC 20373. The facility is a single-story, ground-level building serving as an Alternate Base Defense Operations Center for the 11 Security Force Squadron. Delivery and installation must be completed within 60 calendar days of contract award during regular business hours.
The scope includes approximately 23 line items comprising roughly 200 furniture items: workstations with privacy sides, L-shaped desks with hutch and credenza, ergonomic and gaming chairs, conference tables with power and data grommets, modular cubicles with 50–65-inch panels, dual monitor arms, cable management, filing cabinets, wall bookshelves, lounge sofas, folding stackable chairs, standing desks, television wall mounts, small Energy Star-certified refrigerators (3.1–4.5 cubic feet), and six 43-inch 4K Smart TVs with NDAA compliance. All furniture must be new, commercial-grade, and meet applicable safety and ergonomic standards. Neutral finishes (grey, charcoal, maple, walnut) are preferred; equivalent commercial-grade substitutions meeting or exceeding specifications are acceptable. The contractor must remove all packaging and debris upon completion and provide warranty documentation. Installation personnel must pass security screening for military base access and possess U.S. citizenship or legal permanent residency. The government provides the floor plan and handles electrical connections, in-wall conduit, and cubicle power hardwiring; the contractor manages physical mounting, cable routing, and floor/wall protection using materials such as Masonite. Evaluation criteria are price and delivery/installation timeframe. Contract terms are firm fixed price with FOB Destination, and payment processes through WAWF. NAICS code is 337214; PSC code is 7110.
