About this opportunity

The Department of the Navy Naval Facilities Engineering Command is seeking contractors for the B107 Office Expansion project at NSA-Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania. The work encompasses partial demolition and new construction to reconfigure and expand existing administrative space on the western side of Building B107's south and south center bays. Project requirements include installation of new wall partitions, doors, ceilings, and flooring, along with coordination of mechanical, electrical, and fire protection systems to meet program specifications. The scope incorporates specific brand name or equal materials including Armstrong luxury vinyl plank flooring, Benjamin Moore paint systems, Armstrong acoustical ceiling tiles, and various finishing materials from Johnsonite, Wilsonart, and Corian for a professional aesthetic environment. An existing modular office in the B/25 column grid location will remain as part of the expansion design. The Sources Sought announcement was posted from August 13-28, 2025, generating interest from twelve parties with five vendors adding their names to the interested vendor list.

The project falls under NAICS code 236220 for Commercial and Institutional Building Construction and PSC category Y1AZ for Construction of Other Administrative Facilities and Service Buildings. The work involves approximately 17,145 square feet of wall surfaces requiring various paint treatments across four different paint types and specifications.
