About this opportunity
The United States Air Force Materiel Command Lifecycle Management Center is conducting market research to identify contractors capable of procuring, sustaining, developing, and modifying zonal radar capability for the B-2 Weapon System to address obsolescence, new requirements, and maintenance issues. Interested firms must demonstrate expertise in fabricating existing items, performing technology updates, and modifying designs while meeting technical requirements including high-resolution surveillance, wide-area coverage, multi-target tracking, Electronic Counter-Countermeasures (ECCM), Synthetic Aperture Radar (SAR) capabilities, modular and scalable design, real-time data processing, and C3I system integration. Respondents must be registered in SAM.gov and possess minimum SECRET-level security clearances to access classified and unclassified documentation. The evaluation will assess firm nature of business, company size, relevant project experience from the past five years, manufacturing and fabrication capabilities, hardware and software development management practices, quality assurance and testing procedures, and proposed teaming arrangements. The deadline for submission of a capabilities package limited to 10 single-sided pages is 4:00 p.m. EST on April 30, 2026, with responses to be sent electronically to alana.williams.1@us.af.mil or mailed to the specified Air Force address.
This is a non-set-aside opportunity open to large businesses, small businesses, Small Disadvantaged Businesses, Women-Owned Small Businesses, 8(a) Certified Small Businesses, Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses, and Veteran-Owned Small Businesses.
