About this opportunity

The U.S. Department of the Interior Fish and Wildlife Service is seeking proposals for the repair and rehabilitation of facilities at the Imperial National Wildlife Refuge in Yuma, Arizona. The key requirements include exterior repairs to the maintenance shops, interior upgrades such as new exhaust fans, and construction of a new vehicle shade structure. Offers must be submitted by August 27, 2024 at 9:00 AM Mountain Daylight Time. The contract will be awarded using a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable process, with technical capability and price being the primary evaluation factors. The government intends to award without discussions if possible.

This is not a set-aside procurement. The estimated contract value is between $25,000 and $100,000, with a 150-calendar day period of performance from the date of award. The work will be performed at the Imperial National Wildlife Refuge in southwest Arizona. The government strongly recommends that contractors conduct a site visit prior to submitting a proposal to assess existing conditions.
