This is a combined synopsis and solicitation for a commercial supply prepared in accordance with format in FAR part 12; as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement is a solicitation only and quotes are being requested. The NEARNG does not intend to pay for any information provided under this notice and is not obligated to notify respondents of the results of this notice. The Government is not obligated to determine a competitive range, conduct discussions with contractors, solicit final revised quotes, and use other techniques associated with FAR Part 15. The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the offeror whose quote; conforming to the solicitation; will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. The Government may perform a comparative evaluation to select the contractor that is best suited and provides the best value, considering the evaluation factors in this solicitation. The following factors shall be used to evaluate offers: technical capabilities and price.
