Place of performance is Crane, Indiana. The contract spans from award through September 30, 2030, structured as a base period (award through September 30, 2026) plus four annual option periods. The government anticipates awarding 3 to 5 trainings per fiscal year from a catalog of courses covering beginner through expert levels across the full drone warfare and autonomous systems lifecycle. Instructors must possess security clearance eligibility for classified environments and demonstrate extensive expertise including military experience, real-world drone warfare knowledge, counter-drone technology engineering expertise, AI-driven targeting systems knowledge, ISR sensor technology expertise, and understanding of drone swarm technologies. Vendors must provide comprehensive course catalogs, syllabi, instructor resumes with military experience and prior DoD/DoW training delivery documentation, training materials, and an updated annual list of offerings by April 30.

Quotations must include CMMC Level 1 certification status, past performance documentation on similar trainings, a compliance matrix, and itemized pricing for each line item. Pricing ceilings are $350,000 per order and $500,000 total across the contract.
