About this opportunity
This upcoming acquisition is for maintenance and sustainment services supporting numerous automated tank gauging, independent alarm system, and overfill protection equipment systems located throughout the continental United States and the Caribbean. The Defense Logistics Agency seeks these services to improve system reliability and maintainability, reduce long-term maintenance costs, and improve performance and safety of more than 300 DoD fuel facilities' ATG/IAS/OPE systems. The agency anticipates award of a five-year firm-fixed price IDIQ contract to include transition in, maintenance program management, preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, site support projects, and transition out contract line items. The deadline for questions regarding this pre-solicitation notice is September 18, 2020.
There is no set-aside designated for this procurement. The NAICS code is expected to be 238210 and the PSC code is expected to be J065. The government estimates maintenance and sustainment services will be required at more than 300 fuel facility locations throughout the period of performance. The anticipated contract type and indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity structure suggest the potential award value could range into the tens of millions over the five-year term.
