The platform must fully integrate with an existing Agilent Gas Chromatography/Mass Spectrometry (GC/MS) system and include robotic tool change capability, tools for syringes (1 mL–10 mL) and pipettes (20, 200, 1000 mL), solvent storage (mL to L scale), sample storage for vials and microplates with ambient or temperature-controlled conditions (4–40°C), heating and shaking functionality, centrifuge capability up to 5000 RCF, micro solid phase extraction (mSPE) functionality, barcode scanning, gripper tool for pick and place operations, core sample preparation methods, workflow creation software, and local control or OEM software integration. Offerors must demonstrate compliance via descriptive literature, illustrations, or website references.
The NAICS code is 334516 (Analytical Laboratory Instrument Manufacturing); small business size standard is 1,000 employees. The Government anticipates one firm-fixed-price award. Evaluation uses Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) methodology, considering technical acceptability, past performance (acceptable, neutral, or unacceptable ratings), and price fairness and reasonableness.
