The procurement includes 15 Netgate MAX Security Gateways, 155 ARUBA AP-505H US TAA Compliant access points, associated mounting hardware, power adapters, and network switches, all of which must meet PEO Digital Authority to Operate (ATO) and Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIGs) cyber security compliance requirements. The contract is designated as a Total Small Business set-aside, funded through FY25 O&MN appropriations with an anticipated value covering the procurement of networking equipment for 11 ships. While no specific incumbent contractors are mentioned, the Navy is seeking vendors capable of supplying TAA-compliant networking infrastructure that can be integrated into existing ship systems. The total quantity of components includes 15 Netgate gateways, 155 ARUBA access points, corresponding mounting hardware, 155 power adapters, and network switches, representing a substantial technology refresh for the naval fleet. The procurement timeline suggests implementation in the fiscal year 2025, with components to be issued to ships prior to deployment. This market survey represents a strategic effort by the Department of the Navy Naval Supply Systems Command to modernize digital infrastructure across multiple vessels, emphasizing cybersecurity and technological standardization.
