The licenses will support e-learning development and delivery to the USITC workforce across a one-year base period with up to four one-year option periods. Though not a competitive solicitation, interested vendors who believe they can meet the requirement may submit a capability statement to debra.bridge@usitc.gov by the July 20 deadline. The Government will review such statements solely to determine whether to conduct a competitive FSS procurement; the decision whether to compete remains within Government discretion. No costs are reimbursable for responses submitted.
