The U.S. Department of the Army Materiel Command Mission and Installation Contracting Command Fort Sam Houston (MICC-FSH) has issued a Sources Sought Notice for a non-personal services contract to provide fabrication and installation of Army Chaplain Corps display panels at the Pentagon. The contract will involve fabricating and installing four textured wall coverings, one textured column covering, and three-dimensional display details. The contractor must have personnel capable of obtaining a favorable National Agency Check security clearance, and the government will evaluate performance under a Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan.
This contract opportunity is set aside for small businesses, and the anticipated NAICS code is 541850 Advertising services, indoor or outdoor display, with a $34.5M size standard. Interested offerors must provide details on their capabilities, relevant experience, pricing, and recommendations for improving the acquisition approach by September 13, 2024. The government will use the responses to assess potential sources and determine if a competitive solicitation will be issued, which would be synopsized on SAM.gov.
