About this opportunity

The Department of the Air Force Materiel Command Air Force Sustainment Center plans to procure architect-engineer (A-E) services to support Hill Air Force Base in Utah. The required A-E services may include design, inspection, and other services related to the alteration and repair of grounds, facilities, utilities, and mechanical systems. The government is seeking qualified firms, including small businesses, with the capability to provide these services, which may involve studies, surveys, and construction inspection. The anticipated acquisition method is a multiple award contract (MAC) with up to 10 indefinite delivery vehicle (IDV) contracts, with an estimated maximum value of $99,000,000 and individual task orders ranging from $500 to $10,000,000. The ordering period is expected to be 5 years with a 1-year option.

There is no set-aside designation for this opportunity. The government is conducting market research to identify responsible sources, including small businesses, located within a 75-mile radius of Hill AFB. Interested parties are requested to submit a brief capabilities package by December 13, 2024, addressing their qualifications, relevant past performance, and point of contact information. The government will use this information to determine the optimal acquisition strategy, which may include the potential for a small business set-aside.
