The requirement targets Indian-owned Small Business Economic Enterprises (ISBEE) and Indian-owned Economic Enterprises (IEE).

Work involves appraising two Native Allotments in Alaska (Case IDs 26-056 and 26-057, totaling approximately 163.31 acres) as vacant parcels valued as fee simple estates for advertised or negotiated sale purposes. The contractor must be a Certified General Appraiser licensed in Alaska with prior experience appraising similar Alaska properties and demonstrated market knowledge of the specific regions. Appraisals must comply with current Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP), be presented in narrative format, and include all three approaches to value, detailed comparable sales analysis with market-derived adjustments, three-year property history, and required maps and photographs. The initial appraisal report is due 160 days after award, with a 30-day review period and final report due 15 days thereafter.
