The Huntington District Corps of Engineers intends to procure an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for Appraisal Services for the State of Kentucky with emphasis on the counties of Floyd, Martin, and Pike. The Performance Period will be a base period of twelve (12) months with four additional option periods each consisting of twelve (12) months. The total contract period will equal five (5) years.
