About this opportunity
The United States Marine Corps seeks third-party hardware maintenance and support services for End-of-Service-Life APC by Schneider Electric data center infrastructure, with proposals due August 17, 2026. This is an unrestricted, open-market competition under FAR Part 12 commercial procedures, issued via SAM.gov; the original 100% small business set-away under NASA SEWP was withdrawn in Amendment 0002 (August 13, 2026) after receiving zero responses, and the due date was extended from July 17 to August 17.
Place of performance is Kansas City, Missouri (2306 E. Bannister Road, Kansas City Information Technology Center). The requirement covers maintenance for 208 Rack PDUs, 16 In-Row Coolers, 12 Sensor Pods, 4 Transfer Switches, and 8 Infrastructure PDUs. The contractor must meet a Two Business Day plus Field Engineer response service level for all covered equipment, with technical support available 08:00–17:00 Central Time, Monday through Friday, excluding Federal holidays. A Technical Assistance Center must be staffed, and on-site visits require 24-hour advance coordination.
The acquisition is structured as firm-fixed-price with a 12-month base period (CLINs 0001–0006) and two optional 12-month periods (CLINs 1001–1006 and 2001–2006), with delivery required by August 31 of each performance year. Estimated total cost is $325,458, with base period cost of $108,468 funded by FY26 Marine Corps Operations and Maintenance appropriations. Payment terms are NET 30 via Wide Area Workflow.
Quotations must include manufacturer names, complete part numbers, proof of authorized reseller status for APC products, confirmation of delivery schedule capability, and official documentation verifying technician certifications and diagnostic capabilities. Evaluation is based on technical capability, price reasonableness, and past performance using the Supplier Performance Risk System. Submissions must be sent electronically to Contract Specialist Gabrielle Woolfolk (gabrielle.r.woolfolk.civ@usmc.mil) and Contracting Officer Kellie Holley (kellie.holley@usmc.mil).
