About this opportunity
The Administrative Office of the United States Courts (AO) is conducting market research through a Request for Information (RFI) to procure an advanced Enterprise Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR)/Endpoint Protection Platform (EPP) solution to modernize and enhance endpoint security across diverse environments including physical and virtual infrastructures. The solution must be FedRAMP authorized at Moderate level or higher and provide comprehensive cybersecurity capabilities across Windows, Linux, macOS, and mobile platforms with requirements including lightweight agent deployment, advanced threat detection with greater than 99% accuracy, real-time threat detection within 5 seconds, and integration with enterprise security tools like Azure Active Directory and SIEM platforms. The AO seeks information on company capabilities, GSA MAS contract numbers, pricing estimates for a 12-month base year plus four option years, and vendor recommendations on whether to procure through open market or GSA MAS under NAICS codes 541511 (Custom Computer Programming Services), 54151ECOM (Electronic Commerce and Subscription Services), or 511210 (Software Licenses). The government intends to award a Firm Fixed Price contract and requests detailed labor categories, qualifications, rates, and hours required as part of vendor solutions. All responses must be submitted via email to Candace Browne at candace_browne@ao.uscourts.gov by 2:00 PM Eastern on July 23, 2025.
This procurement opportunity does not include any set-aside designations and no incumbent contractors are identified in the notice. While specific award values are not disclosed, the scope indicates support for 83 Federal Defender districts with an estimated 27,500 total devices requiring comprehensive endpoint protection coverage. The solution must provide 120 annual training hours and include role-based training for SOC Analysts, Threat Hunters, and Incident Responders as part of the comprehensive package. The contract structure encompasses five primary categories including Platform Subscription, Home Use Platform for judiciary employees' personal devices, Deployment Services, Technical Support Services, and Training and Documentation components. The vendor will be required to attend annual conferences and provide ongoing support to ensure the judiciary's IT staff can effectively manage and respond to evolving cybersecurity threats across the extensive federal court system infrastructure.
