About this opportunity

The Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) is seeking Subject Matter Expertise to consult on the development, review, implementation, delivery, and evaluation of training related to anti-harassment, with a focus on sexual harassment, interpersonal misconduct, or other associated areas. The key contract requirements include developing a comprehensive training strategy, creating new training content, embedding content into existing courses, and delivering training across FDIC regional locations and headquarters. Interested vendors should have at least 5 years of experience in the relevant areas and be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM.gov).

The FDIC is conducting this pre-solicitation to inform a future competitive solicitation, which may be invitation-only and not released to the general public. The FDIC has not provided any details on potential award values or budget ranges, and no information on incumbent contractors has been included. The period of performance is estimated to be a one-year base period with two six-month option periods, and travel to FDIC sites may be required.
