About this opportunity
The United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) has issued a Special Notice to conduct market research for an anti-counterfeiting public awareness campaign. The campaign is related to the intellectual property associated with McGruff the Crime Dog and aims to raise awareness among tweens, teens, their caregivers, educators, and law enforcement.
The purpose of this Request for Information (RFI) is to assess the availability of qualified vendors capable of providing services such as developing public service announcements, audiovisual content, online games, and educational curricula for the "Go For Real" campaign. Interested parties must submit capability statements highlighting their experience in public awareness campaigns, public relations, and raising awareness on organized crime and counterfeit goods by the response deadline of May 24, 2024. The USPTO will review the responses to determine the most qualified vendor(s) eligible to participate in a limited competition under the alternative competition method in accordance with the Patent and Trademark Office Acquisition Guidelines (PTAG) and the Patent and Trademark Office Efficiency Act. This RFI does not commit the government to a contract, and participation is strictly voluntary.
