About this opportunity

The Air Force Materiel Command Lifecycle Management Center is conducting market research to procure 48 Indicator Control Box units to support AN/MPN-14K Airport Surveillance Radar systems. A draft statement of work outlines requirements to develop, test, manufacture and deploy the units over 12 months, including 4 first article test units, 40 production units, and technical documentation. Responses are requested by March 31st to identify potential sources and determine if the effort can be competitive or set aside for small businesses.

The procurement has no set aside designated and is coded under NAICS 334511 for search, detection, navigation, guidance, aeronautical and nautical system and instrument manufacturing. Responses are limited to 3 pages describing similar past projects, company information, and any concerns or comments on the draft statement of work. Key details include delivery of the 48 units and associated support packages valued at an amount to be determined upon solicitation.
