About this opportunity
The Defense Logistics Agency Troop Support Medical is planning to issue a national requirements contract for Anastrozole 1MG Tablets, available in 30 and 90 count bottles. This will be an unrestricted and fully competitive acquisition using FAR part 12 for commercial items, with all sources permitted to submit proposals. The contract will be a firm-fixed price, requirements type contract structured with a one-year base period and four additional one-year option periods. The solicitation aims to establish a national supply source for Department of Defense, Department of Veterans Affairs, Indian Health Service, and Bureau of Prisons customers through DLA and VA prime vendor programs. Interested parties are advised to contact Nancy Fernandez at (215) 737-4955 or Nancy.Fernandez@dla.mil for questions, and to set up automated notifications through the DLA Bid Board System (DIBBS) and SAM.gov.
The solicitation has no specific set-aside designation and will be open to all qualifying vendors in the Pharmaceutical Preparation Manufacturing (NAICS 325412) category. The current projected solicitation date is February 2025, though DLA reserves the right to issue the solicitation before or after this date. Annual usage estimates will be provided in the Schedule of Supplies section of the forthcoming solicitation. The contract will be administered through the DLA Bid Board System and SAM.gov, with full details to be published on these platforms. While specific award values are not disclosed in the pre-solicitation notice, the requirement for a national requirements contract suggests a potentially significant procurement volume across multiple federal agencies.
