The government will verify SBA certifications through SAM for applicable designations. Contractors may subcontract analyses not performed in-house, provided they notify the government in advance. All data must be delivered within 60 calendar days of sample receipt, with potential variations based on specific government requirements. The size standard for the NAICS code 541380 (Testing Laboratories and Services) is set at 1,000 employees, which provides flexibility for medium to large testing laboratories to compete for this opportunity.
