About this opportunity

The Corporation for National and Community Service (AmeriCorps) is seeking information from Information Technology (IT) service providers with experience in Robotics Process Automation (RPA) services. AmeriCorps is interested in providers who can support program tasks such as project management, RPA bot development and modification, capability support, technical services, automation delivery support, training, cybersecurity support, and future transition support. The RFI requests pricing estimates for delivering different volumes of RPA bots per fiscal year, along with information on the provider's willingness to participate in a future competition, staffing structure, qualifications, subcontracting, and technology recommendations. Responses are due by July 19, 2024 and should be limited to 20 pages.

This RFI is for information gathering purposes only and does not constitute a solicitation or commitment to award a contract. AmeriCorps currently has 4 attended RPA bots deployed, but this RFI is for a potential agency-wide RPA effort. AmeriCorps is considering cloud-based and on-premises RPA solutions using UiPath technology. The government has not yet determined if this will be a small business set-aside requirement or the contracting vehicle that will be used.
