About this opportunity

The Department of Veterans Affairs Veterans Integrated Service Network 10 issued an amendment to a previous solicitation for supply and delivery of an oil-free rotary screw air compressor and desiccant unit system, with a response deadline of September 18, 2026 at 12:00 PM Eastern Time. This procurement is a total small business set-aside.

The compressor system is intended for the Richard L. Roudebush VA Medical Center in Indianapolis for general shops and control system air supply applications. The specification calls for a 25 horsepower unit modeled on the Quincy QGDV series with variable speed and gear drive capabilities, delivering 117.6 cubic feet per minute at 125 pounds per square inch gauge, paired with a 120-gallon horizontal receiver tank factory-mounted as a single package. The compressor must include a Q-Control Touch Controller for performance monitoring and maintenance status tracking and meet 125 psig working pressure with discharge connection standard for the Quincy QGVD-25 unit. The supplier is responsible for supply, delivery, offloading, and authorized factory startup inspection and services to qualify for extended Quincy True Blue warranty coverage; VA personnel handle transport, installation, plumbing, and electrical connections.

Prime contractors may utilize authorized local Quincy distributors provided Quincy furnishes the warranty. The solicitation number is 36C25026Q1017. Contact Joseph Cogswell at joseph.cogswell@va.gov.
