About this opportunity

This amendment seeks to on-ramp additional vendors to provide services at additional locations for the Department of Justice US Marshals Service. Vendors must submit quotes on company letterhead not exceeding four pages by February 24th describing their pricing, which will be determined at the call level. The government will award to the lowest priced technically acceptable vendor meeting requirements in the technical specifications and solicitation instructions. Evaluation will be based on technical acceptability and price, with the lowest priced technically acceptable offer receiving the award without further negotiation.

There is no set-aside designated for this requirement. Vendors must be registered in SAM.gov and hold a CAGE code. Performance will take place in Virginia. Pricing discounts are encouraged. Evaluation will prioritize the lowest price from a technically acceptable vendor meeting the submission instructions and requirements for providing unspecified services to additional locations for the Department of Justice US Marshals Service.
