About this opportunity
The Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) is soliciting quotes for a 10MB commercial circuit for intra-Europe telecommunications services through Amendment 0002 to solicitation HC102125QA115. This is a Request for Quote (RFQ) for commercial items issued under FAR Subpart 12.6, classified under NAICS code 517111 (Wired Telecommunications Carriers). Qualified telecommunications providers must submit pricing broken down by monthly recurring charges (MRC), non-recurring charges (NRC), and any applicable tier pricing for additional service months. The solicitation will be evaluated using the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) source selection process, meaning the government will select the most economical offer that meets all technical requirements. The deadline for submission of quotations is January 21, 2026, providing a six-day response window from the January 15, 2026 posting date.
No small business set-aside is designated for this procurement, and no incumbent contractors or award value ranges are identified in the solicitation notice. The specific service date, acceptance criteria, and place of performance details are outlined in the attached RFQ document, which prospective vendors must review for complete requirements. Quotations must comply with applicable FAR provisions for commercial products and services, including representations, certifications, and contract terms and conditions as incorporated through DITCO Basic Agreements. The service location for this circuit is specified as intra-Europe, indicating the telecommunications connectivity will operate within European geographic boundaries. Interested telecommunications carriers should obtain the full RFQ documentation to understand all technical specifications, pricing requirements, and evaluation details necessary to submit a competitive quotation.
