NON-PERSONAL SERVICE: Tinker Air Force Base (TAFB), Oklahoma intends to make an award on a competitive basis for the following service: Contractor shall perform 24 hour on-base state certified paramedic level emergency response and patient transport services in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS see attached). This shall include afterhours flight line response, participation in all readiness exercises, real world events, and stand-by responses for special events (such as: change of command, air shows, athletic events, live fire training, etc.) Please review the attachments and submit any inquiries, questions, or concerns by email to MSgt Dean Garrison at dean.garrison@us.af.mil. Period of performance will be 1 Nov 13 - 30 Nov 13 (transistion), one 11 month base period (1 Dec 13 to 31 Oct 14) and four 1-year option periods for FY15, FY16, FY17, and FY18. Proposals are due by 3:00 PM CST, 25 Sep 13. Central Contractor Registration and ORCA Registration is required to received any award. Contractors can register electronically at https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/. This acquisition is a 100% small business set-aside to Small Business only. The NAICS code for this requirement is 621910. FA8101-13-Q-0050 has replaced the cancelled solicitation FA8101-13-Q-0084 due to a requirement change in the Performance Work Statement. The change in the Performace Work Statement dated 14 August 2013 is as follows:


"3.1.1.1. The government will provide the contractor office space located in Building 117. Contract personnel shall have use of designated office space, and furniture necessary for performing services required by this contract, however the Government will not provide any supplies or equipment. Provided office space will be sufficient in producing a working environment conducive to effective performance of the task required under this contract. Contract personnel shall present an orderly appearance with office space area. Any decorative items displayed within office space area shall present a professional, respectful, modest appearance in keeping with Air Force and MTF standards. The government will maintain, repair and replace government-owned equipment in compliance with procedures established in AFM 67-1, vol 5. The government will not be responsible for the loss or damage of personal items brought into the MTF or Building 117."
